Using state of the art technologies, our engineers deliver a wide array of professional service to our base of small and large customers and business partners worldwide. Although we have direct customers, RCT is primarily a service provider to a large network of Avaya and Microsoft system integrators and VARS. We have a long history of providing specialized project and maintenance delivery for advanced messaging, unified communication, mobility and collaboration solutions. We do all this with the highest level of customer service.

RCT’s mission is to use our experience to help our clients succeed with seamless and effortless communications. The right team for today’s communications solutions requires a cross-platform talent set which includes network engineers, voice platform engineers, project managers, trainers and more. RCT assembles the right team to get your solution deployed on time and under budget. In addition, we focus on your team – many times new deployments require elements from several different departments within an organization and RCT excels at building team rapport with cross discipline project groups.
